Pediatric Neuropsychologist
Dr. Lynch has expertise conducting comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, executive functioning, language, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains across a wide range of age groups (toddlers to adolescents) and diagnostic presentations. He has particular interest in the assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD, autism, developmental delays and intellectual disabilities, and specific learning disorders. In addition to extensive evaluation experience, Dr. Lynch has also made considerable transitional research contributions in relation to neurodevelopmental populations and has collaborated on the creation of evidence-based psychoeducation materials for community partners.
Completing comprehensive evaluations can feel daunting to families; thus, Dr. Lynch strives to help clients and their families feel comfortable, understood, and supported. In addition to maximizing children’s engagement with testing, this also allows Dr. Lynch to communicate nuanced or unexpected diagnostic findings for a diverse range of cognitive, behavioral, and psychosocial presentations in a compassionate and thoughtful manner.
Dr. Lynch received his undergraduate degree in both Neuroscience and Psychology from Boston University. He then completed his doctoral training at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center (CCHMC), followed by a two-year clinical/research postdoctoral fellowship in the Developmental Medicine Center at Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Lynch joined NESCA in September 2026.
Born and raised in Norwood, MA, Dr. Lynch now resides in Boston. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach and surfing or paddleboarding, playing sports, and going for runs/walks around Boston.
