Per-diem Occupational Therapist and Real-Life Skills Coach
Julia Kallis is a licensed and registered occupational therapist in Massachusetts. She earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Assumption University. With a passion for helping people develop the skills they need to reach their full potential, Julia is committed to supporting her clients in achieving their goals.
Throughout her career, Julia has primarily worked in schools, supporting students from preschool through 12th grade. She has experience with a diverse range of clients, including those with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and mental health conditions. Utilizing a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, her work focuses on areas such as self-regulation, executive functioning, activities of daily living, and motor skill development.
In addition to her clinical work, Julia has provided consulting services to support fellow occupational therapists. She has completed coursework in sensory processing and trauma-informed practice, which has enhanced her ability to address diverse needs and provide effective support to her clients. Julia believes that fostering self-confidence is essential for helping individuals achieve their goals. She collaborates closely with clients and their families to design personalized interventions that promote growth and independence.
