Executive Function Coach
Michelle Coughlin, M.Ed., CAGS, is an executive function and transition coach with extensive experience supporting students and young adults across public, private, and residential school settings, as well as community-based and in-home programs. She has worked with individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, complex medical needs, ADHD, and mental health challenges, specializing in executive functioning, life skills, emotional regulation, and transition readiness.
Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UMass Amherst and her master’s degree in Severe Disabilities (ages 5–22) from Lesley University. She also holds a Transition Specialist Endorsement from Bridgewater State University. Trained in CBT-informed strategies, motivational interviewing, and life-skills instruction, she brings a strengths-based, collaborative approach to her work.
At NESCA, Michelle provides remote coaching focused on helping students build practical skills, confidence, and independence. She is committed to meeting learners where they are and supporting them in achieving their own definition of success. In her free time, Michelle enjoys exploring nature and traveling.
