Payment

At NESCA, we understand that seeking answers for you or your child is both an emotional and financial commitment. Our goal is to provide the highest quality evaluations—and to help make this investment more accessible. That’s why we offer a range of tools and flexible payment options to reduce your out-of-pocket costs and empower you to get the care you or your child needs without delay.

1. If you schedule before 11/1/2025, we are offering a discount to mark the opening of our office in Miami. A $1000 deposit is due within one week of scheduling to secure your appointments. The deposit will only be refundable if an evaluation is canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled intake session. If a client cancels or reschedules an evaluation fewer than 14 days prior to the intake appointment, the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
2. We cannot submit claims to any insurance company.
3. After an evaluation is complete, our finance office can create an insurance-ready invoice for you to try to obtain partial reimbursement. Please note that NESCA’s neuropsychological evaluations include academic testing and consultation that is not reimbursable by insurance as it is deemed “not medically necessary.” There is no guarantee that an insurance company will reimburse any of the fees on claims submitted.
4. We’re excited to share that NESCA partners with AdvanceCareCard to offer financing options. Clients receive an AdvanceCare card that works like a regular credit card and can be used specifically for payments for all of NESCA’s services. The card is interest-free for 15 months, based on qualifications.
5. NESCA requires that a credit card be kept on file for most clinical services. Credit cards will be billed according to the client agreement signed for specific services.
6. For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:
