At NESCA in Londonderry, NH, our expert team will help you navigate care based on your child’s cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. We offer the following services:

Neuropsychological evaluations help to better understand why an individual may be having difficulty meeting age-appropriate demands in school, the community, or at home, or to monitor a young person’s progress and course of development. They provide a highly-detailed description of an individual’s developmental status, thinking patterns, and learning style

  • Autism Evaluations – within the context of a neuropsychological evaluation, clinicians examine social communication, relationship skills, and other factors that may contribute to a child’s challenges; for verbal children aged 4+
  • Boarding School Evaluations – clinicians are available to travel to regional boarding schools to conduct on-site neuropsychology and educational evaluations
  • Emotional and psychological evaluations – focus on emotional, social, and behavioral development, possibly including trauma or psychiatric concerns; may involve additional administration of projective testing
  • Postsecondary transition assessment and services ensure that a child’s IEP process is preparing them for learning, living, and working after their public education
  • Coaching services focus on executive functioning, real-life skills, pre- and college, employment, and parent coaching
  • Consultation services support schools, community organizations, and parents to improve outcomes for neurodivergent students and employees
  • Counseling and integrative treatment includes psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychoeducational counseling
  • Professional and parent development provides both theoretical and practical information for supporting children, teens, and young adults with developmental, learning, and/or emotional challenges
